How do I join the ZRewards program?
Just sign up for an account at Z Grills website, and you can begin accumulating points.
How much does it cost to join the ZRewards program?
Our rewards program is totally free and you can start earning points right away.
Can I add Reward Points to my account from past purchases before the Rewards program started?
Points are only added to your balance from orders placed after signing up for the Rewards Program. The Rewards Program launched on March 8, 2022.
How many points do I need to earn a reward?
100 points = $1 reward.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit! Earn as many points as you can through purchases or by other earning opportunities.
Rewards with other promotions or coupons?
Z Grills rewards cannot be combined with any promotional offers.
Do my points expire?
Points will not expire if you make at least one purchase every 12 months. Points expire after 12 months if you do not make any purchase in the 12 months after earning them. Points have no monetary value.
Can I give my points to a friend or family member?
No, ZRewards points are not transferable.
Is there a minimum purchase amount in order to redeem reward coupons on your website?
A minimum merchandise purchase of $49 (excluding taxes and shipping charges) is required in order to redeem your reward coupons on www.zgrills.com.
Can ZRewards points be redeemed for cash or any other type of currency?
No. ZRewards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
Who do I contact if I believe that my points balance is wrong?
If you believe that your points have not been credited accurately to your ZRewards account, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
