I bought the 700D4E back in December. I absolutely love this pellet grill. I’ve cooked five briskets on this thing and they all turned out great. This grill did an outstanding job even in 30 degree temperatures. Held temp’s with ease . Never Fluctuated. Easy set up out of the box, very well packed. Yesterday I cooked two more briskets five links of sausage, and six chicken breast all at the Same time at one point. Plenty of room. I highly recommend this girl it’s worth every penny.
Very Convenient to Check Meat Temp
Cooks great, loved everything I have made so far. Warms up quick, and the 2 temperature probes that came with the smoker make me super easy to check meats internal temp on the large LCD control panel without lifting the lid.
Baby Pork Ribs and 700D3 Smoker- all good!
I was pleasantly surprised the racks took on a deeper color than I expected. I used the Johnny Trigg's method for these and they turned out very good. They weren’t getting as much of a bark as I wanted, so I cranked the temperature to 300°F for the last hour and glazed the ribs with spicy BBQ sauce.The ribs were delicious and utilizing the Z Grill for smoking couldn’t have been easier. The smoke flavor was noticeably lower than when smoking with charcoal and wood, but some people prefer a subtler smoke flavor. I prefer a heavier smoke though.
Don in Customer Service deserves a raise.
The grill is fantastic. But Don from customer service was extremely helpful. There was an issue with FedEx and I didn’t receive part of my grill. Don was quick to get the issue resolved and get me a replacement. He’s the man!
