- Z Grills only ship to 48 continental United States.

- We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military addresses and P.O. Boxes.

- International shipping is not available at this time.

- For deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas, additional fees may apply.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

- During peak season or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.

- For orders placed after 2 PM local time, we will start processing the following business day.

- Products that are damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a claim to be initiated.

- To cancel an order placed on zgrills.com, please contact us within 24 hours. After that, cancellation may be subject to our return policy and applicable fees.

- Z Grills is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

- If you receive an incorrect item, Z Grills will cover the return shipping cost and ensure the correct product is delivered.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.

- Your actual delivery times may be extended due to unpredictable and uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, peak shipping seasons, or other logistical issues. All shipments are handled by independent third-party carriers. Z Grills is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier and does not offer remedies, refunds, or compensation for such delays.
