   Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you an email via service@zgrills.com with instructions on how to pick up your grill after you receive your first order confirmation email from support@zgrills.com.  

2. Come to our warehouse in LA to pick up your free pellet grill and pellets. Our friendly staff will help you with any questions you may have about the grill.

3. Share your experience with the grill on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You can share photos, videos, or even recommend our page to ten of your friends. Just don't forget to tag us (@Z Grills) in your posts so we can see and share your content!

• Good size vehicle required: Our pellet grills are pre-assembled, large and heavy, so please make sure you have a vehicle that can accommodate the grill and transport it safely. We recommend a pickup truck or SUV.
• Order number is required: When you come to pick up your grill, please bring your order number with you. This will help us quickly locate your grill and ensure a smooth pickup process.
