Boiling may be the most popular way to cook corn on the cob, but the tastiest way to cook it is on a pellet grill. Grilled Corn on the Cob is so flavorful. And it’s quick and almost too easy.

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 lime wedge
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- Ground black pepper, to taste

- Step 1: Preheat your pellet grill to 450 °F.
- Step 2: Place corn on grill, grill for about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Rotate ears. Repeat until all sides are lightly charred.
- Step 4: In a bowl, combine lime juice, mayonnaise, chili powder, pepper, and salt.
- Step 5: In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and cilantro.
- Step 6: Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture, and then sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture.
- Step 7: Enjoy!
