Your grill collection plan will start from the time you place the order, with each five-year period as a cycle. During each five-year cycle, we will contact you via email to provide details on collecting the next grill, including the different models you can choose from. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service directly via support@zgrills.com or call 833-947-4557.

2 Receiving Interval
Participants will be eligible to receive one new grill every 5 years, up to a maximum of 10 grills over 50 years.
3 Shipping & Pickup
A $100 shipping fee applies to each future grill.
4 Future Grill Eligibility
Models Include: 1000D, 10002B2E, 10002B, 7002C2E, 700D3, or 10502B. Z Grills reserves the right to offer a substitute model of similar market value and performance, depending on availability at the time of upgrade.
5 How to Get Free Grills
Z Grills will provide detailed instructions on how to claim each replacement grill at the end of every 5-year cycle. Customers are not required to return their previous grill.
6 Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date and follow the instructions provided to claim each replacement grill. Failure to submit a valid request during the designated claim window may result in forfeiture of that cycle’s benefit.

Z Grills promises to honor the reward by providing a new grill every five years for the next 50 years. However, there is a potential risk: in the unlikely event that the company goes out of business and enters bankruptcy liquidation, we may not be able to fulfill this promise. In all other cases of business changes, such as acquisitions, reorganizations, or changes in ownership, your benefits will be intact and continuously honored. Any new entity will be committed to upholding this promise.

11 Early Redemption:
