  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 swordfish fillets

Instructions

                                                                                            • Step 1: Preheat your Z Grills pellet grill to high heat.
                                                                                              • Step 2: Combine and whisk all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
                                                                                              • Step 3: After cleaning and drying your fish, put it in the bowl and allow it to marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
                                                                                              • Step 4: Grill the fish for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
