Loaded BBQ Hot Dogs
Grilled all-beef hot dogs are piled into toasted brioche buns with pulled pork, barbecue sauce, creamy slaw and crispy onions.
Grill Temp400°F
Bun Toast30–60 Secs
Heat the grill
Preheat the pellet grill to 400°F.
Score the hot dogs
Use a SlotDog tool or lightly cut a crosshatch with a knife.
Grill the dogs
Grill, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and cooked through.
Make the slaw
Combine coleslaw mix with Mississippi White Sauce until creamy.
Toast the buns
Toast brioche buns on the grill for 30–60 seconds.
Build the hot dogs
Add the grilled dog, warm pulled pork, barbecue sauce, slaw and crispy fried onions.
