- 6 pound pork butt, can use any size, just be sure to adjust cook time
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- Step 1: Get a Pork Shoulder in.
- Step 2: Going to run the smoke cycle for a couple of hours then turn up to 225 F.
- Step 3: Let it ride at 225F, then wrap at 160-170F until it reaches 202-205F.
- Step 4: Let them rest for about an hour at least, and they always fall apart.
