Smoked Pulled Pork

This is a easy and delicous smoked pulled pork recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 pound pork butt, can use any size, just be sure to adjust cook time
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

                                                                                            • Step 1: Get a Pork Shoulder in.
                                                                                              • Step 2: Going to run the smoke cycle for a couple of hours then turn up to 225 F.
                                                                                              • Step 3: Let it ride at 225F, then wrap at 160-170F until it reaches 202-205F.
                                                                                              • Step 4: Let them rest for about an hour at least, and they always fall apart.
