Smoked beef ribs are tender, slightly smokey, and seriously delicious. The flavor is unexpected and you’ll want to make them every weekend!
Ingredients

- 1 rack beef ribs, center cut or back
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce

- Step 1: Combine the spices and sugar to make the seasoning mixture.
- Step 2: Peel the membrane off the back of the ribs.
- Step 3: Generously rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Step 4: Set your Z Grills smoker to 250 °F.
- Step 5: Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 3 hours.
- Step 6: Remove the ribs from the smoker and generously coat the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Step 7: Let them rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
