Smoked Sausage with Peppers and Onions is consistently delightful, vibrant, and effortlessly prepared. Learn how to smoke them on the pellet grill!

Smoked Sausage and Peppers
- Sausage (sweet or hot)
- 1 Onion
- 3 Different color peppers
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 16 Mesh black pepper
- Nice rolls of your choice

- Competition pellets
Instructions
- Step 1: Slice onions and peppers
- Step 2: Add a touch of oil to the onions and peppers
- Step 3: Apply some salt and pepper to the onions and peppers
- Step 4: Add your sausage and onion and peppers to trays
- Step 5: Set your z grills @250f
- Step 6: Smoke for 1 hour or until and internal temp of 135-145f is reached
- Step 7: After 1 hour remove the sausage and peppers and onions
- Step 8: Once removed turn the temperature up to 400f-450f for high heat searing
- Step 9: Add the sausage directly to your bottom grates and cook for 10 min 165f+
- Step 10: Add onions peppers to re heat up
- Step 11: Remove and make up some smoky sausage and pepper sandwiches!
