- Step 1: Preheat your Z Grills to 250 degrees.
- Step 2: Add all of the ingredients to an aluminum pan (except the shredded mild cheddar).
- Step 3: Stir the mixture after 30 minutes.
- Step 4: After 90 minutes, add the shredded mild cheddar.
- Step 5: Smoke for an additional 20-30 minutes.
- Step 6: Serve with your favorite chips.
