Great grill!

So far so good. Great reliable grill, the only downside is the intermittent Wifi connectivity.

High priced for what you get. They do burn well.

Rocky Start

Got off to a rocky start due to a faulty heating element but after contacting customer support they quickly sent out a whole new feeding element unit which resolved the problem and my first fire up went well. My smoked whole chicken turned out amazing!

Thermal Blanket

I bought as a gift, not realizing my son already had one. Customer service was very responsive and answered all my questions. Finally got the refund. It was a pain to send it back though.

Works well

These give off a nice light flavor to the meats I have cooked thus far (a couple pork tenderloin, a whole chicken, and grilled some burgers).

Blind box

Pretty good. Delivered quickly. All parts there. Easy to put together. I wouldn’t do blind again. Got the small 450. It’s a great little smoker but should have kicked in the extra few dollars for a little larger. The apple pellets I ordered came as a fruit blend. That wasn’t what I ordered. Not a real big deal. Would order a thermal blanket if it was 50% less.

The Apple pellets worked out great. Nice flavor in the turkey breast.

First Time User of a Z- Grill (A pellet Smoker)

Cooked a 9# standing 4 bone rib roast om Sunday Mayb 26th. Was perfect and so easy cooking it the Z-Grill did all the work and meat probes were excellent. Looking forward to cooking / smoking other meats.
