Z Grills 10502B review

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at the operation of my grill. After the first couple of cookings, I had to call the company to verify a few things that I felt should have been covered in the manual, such as why so many grates, examples of what to cook on each grate, when resetting the temperature, why does the temp climb 20-30 degrees above the new setting before coming back to the set point.

Long and winding road.

Finally. I have the 200A tailgate smoker. After taking it apart twice, cleaning the arbir after a fire, then replacing the control and temp probe it seemed to work, then a flameout lo temp. I bought Z-Grills pellets, smaller diameter and length than typical pellets, and the grill performed perfectly.

Amazing Grill/Smoker

I'm excited to share that I added this to my collection! I’m on the lookout for a new one and have joined the club for a new grill every 5 years. I absolutely love how it cooks without any flare-ups. I do have a little concern, though: removing the pellets can be quite tricky once you reach the gravity point. Hopefully, a redesign will be in the works soon!
