1st time pellet grill
I've cooked multiple items so far starting with 321 bbribs. By far the best ribs I've had. Spatchcock chicken great flavor nice smoke ring and lastly 12 hour cook on pork butt. This grill works amazing hooks temp even with the cold weather we've had. My only issue is trying to get it connected to my phone

First brisket cook on 7052B
This was the easiest cold weather brisket cook that I’ve ever done. I started the cook at 7 pm and ended at 11:am the next day. The grill held the temp of 190 within a few degrees throughout the night. I was satisfied with the tenderness and smoky flavor of the brisket. It didn’t match the flavor that I get from my WSM, but I didn’t expect it to. The WiFi app needs some upgrades to include probe temp alerts so that I don’t have to use another monitoring system for that. Overall,very satisfied.

I received my grill and have completed 2 cooks. I’ve had other smokers, electric and offset but this guy let me know there is a higher level of precision in working with a pellet smoker. At my age, (old), right - wrong or indifferent I look forward to the learning curve I’m embarking on.

Best grill I have ever bought
The grill works amazing it cooks so evenly I love it. I have used charcoal and propane but this adds more flavor and it cooks so evenly no more rotating the meat because the back cooks twice as hot.

The 7052B Grill
This is my first pellet grill. I researched several different brands and decided on the Zgrills. I felt they were the best built. I’ve done ribs 3 times and 1 prime rib. All outstanding ! Wish there was a local dealer because I think there would be a lot more sitting on patios. Everyone is very impressed when they see it. I highly recommend the Zgrills for anyone looking to get a pellet grill.
