Biography
Johnny is a trained chef that loves to fire up the grill with friends and family. He has cooked all his life starting out with his dad and uncles along river banks and at the deer lease. His favorite place to cook is the back yard, but he has about 100 top 10 cook off finishes. So he can step out and compete with the best of them. His favorite thing to do is cook for people, whether it is in a professional kitchen with his Zgrills or enjoying lighting a fire with the people I love.
STORY
I received my ZGrills 700D4E and the first thing I noticed was how well it was packaged and the ease of putting it together. The cabinet is a nice sturdy base and the pit holds temperatures well. I just finished my third cook on it and have no big complaints at all. My first cook was a pit full of leg quarters for some veterans and the second was a whole chicken that came out very good. My last cook was a pork butt that came out moist, tender and packed with flavor. It is a very nice cooker that is well worth the price.
