We are dedicated to making durable products, but sometimes unexpected issues happen. If there is an issue with your Z Grills product, we offer the following warranty.
3-Year Limited Warranty
Z GRILLS, Inc. provides a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, Z GRILLS, Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts or units. This limited warranty does not cover paint, fire pot, grill cover, or damage caused by corrosion.
Z Grills is not responsible for transportation charges, labor costs, or export duties. We take every precaution to use materials that resist rust, including high-temperature paint where applicable. However, even with these safeguards, the protective coating can be compromised by various substances and conditions beyond Z Grills' control. Humid environments, high temperatures, chlorine, insecticides, salt, and disinfectants are just a few of the substances that can affect paint and metal coatings. For these reasons, the limited warranty does not cover rust or oxidation unless it results in a loss of structural integrity in the grill components.
Z GRILLS, Inc. is not liable if the grill is installed, operated, cleaned, or maintained incorrectly, or if you do not follow the instructions in the owner’s manual. Misuse, abuse, alterations, and damage caused by natural disasters are not covered under this warranty.
Because Z Grills cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only if the product was purchased from www.zgrills.com or an authorized Z Grills seller, unless prohibited by law. Z Grills reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This warranty does not cover accessories or damage caused by repairs made or attempted by unauthorized parties. Proof of purchase showing the date and location of the purchase may be required.
