- Confirm you're not accidentally holding the FEED button.
- Power cycle the grill: Turn the grill off, wait for a few seconds, then turn it back on.
- Check the temperature setting: Make sure it’s set to your intended target temperature — not accidentally set to MAX.
- If the auger runs continuously regardless of settings, the controller is likely malfunctioning. Contact Support Team for a replacement controller.
