The Thermostat were spot on, I checked it against my separate Bluetooth thermostat. Ribs came out with just the right amount of smoke and cooked perfectly. I have told all my friends to look into this.

Shipping ProtectionThe purchasing of this Z Grill was seamless. Correspondence from support was adequate at best. There was the promise of notifications from the driver. None appeared. There was no prior notification on grill arrival. Just a vague date a day before hand with no estimated time. When I noticed the driver dropping off this 176 Lb grill in front of my garage I got there in just enough time to have him put it inside the garage. Assembly was pretty easy. It also fired up great. I only wish is that they had an assembly option for the grill. Not impossible to put together but very tedious as I get older. Love the crowdsourcing option. I will be setting a new girls for the rest of my life!
