Please follow these steps to help us identify the issue:
- Make sure the firepot is free of ash and vacuum it if needed.
- Ensure there are plenty of pellets in the hopper.
- Remove the grease tray and baffle plate to check if pellets are dropping into the firepot. If not, please click here to troubleshoot: Auger Not Turning After Some Use
- After switching the grill to Smoke mode (from Shut Down Cycle), wait 4-5 minutes and check if the ignition rod turns a dull red color. If not, please click here to troubleshoot: Ignition Rod Not Getting Hot/Failing
- The fan will start working immediately when the grill is powered on. Please turn the switch to the Smoke setting and check if the fan starts working. If not, please click here to troubleshoot: Fan Not Working (No Air Flow)
