Shipping ProtectionThe purchasing of this Z Grill was seamless. Correspondence from support was adequate at best. There was the promise of notifications from the driver. None appeared. There was no prior notification on grill arrival. Just a vague date a day before hand with no estimated time. I only wish is that they had an assembly option for the grill. Not impossible to put together but very tedious as I get older. Love the crowdsourcing option. I purchased the Flagship grill 700D4E. This weekend l loaded the grill up with 2 racks of ribs and 2 whole chickens and 12 full ears of sweet corn and 10 brats. I wanted to see how it performed under that load before l gave my review. I'm happy to say it was an outstanding performance!! I split the food with my neighbors to get their opinion. Two thumbs up all around! Couldn't be happier with my new Zgrill. Knowing that I've got 3 more coming!! Well built. Assembly was easy. Badass overall.
