Replacement Steps
- Power off and unplug the grill completely before starting any work.
- Empty the hopper. You will need to tilt or remove the hopper to access the motor.
- Remove any screws or fasteners securing the hopper in place, then carefully tilt or lift the hopper to gain access to the motor.
- Disconnect the motor wiring from the controller, taking note of the wiring connections for reassembly.
- Remove the motor by unscrewing any mounting bolts or screws holding it in place.
- Install the new auger motor and secure it with the mounting screws.
- Reconnect the wiring to the new motor.
- Reassemble the hopper assembly and ensure everything is securely fastened.
- Power on the grill and run a short test to confirm that the auger motor is functioning correctly.
