Prepare the Package
Securely pack the product in its original packaging. If using alternative packaging, make sure no old tracking labels are visible.
Return Shipping
- Use the pre-paid return label sent via email to drop off the package at any local FedEx office.
- If you choose to return the item at your own expense, please use a carrier with tracking and keep proof of shipping.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
