How to Use the Meat Probe in the App

Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat, away from bone or fat pockets.
Plug the meat probe into the probe port on the grill controller.
Open Z Grills 2.0 App — the current probe temperature will appear on the dashboard (P1, P2 means Meat Probe 1, 2).
Tap the probe temperature display.
Enter your target internal temperature (e.g., 203°F for brisket, 165°F for chicken).
It will flash once the temperature of the meat reaches 225°F.
