Most full-size Z Grills pellet grills ship in two separate boxes due to the size and weight of the unit. This is completely normal.
Both boxes are typically delivered on the same day, but it is common for Box 1 and Box 2 to arrive 1-2 business days apart. Please wait until both boxes have arrived before beginning assembly.
Before starting assembly, check both boxes against the Component List. Smaller parts are often packed inside styrofoam cutouts, so be sure to check carefully before assuming anything is missing.
