- Check the power outlet.
Plug something else into the outlet to confirm it has power. Try a different outlet if needed.
- Check the power cord.
Make sure it is fully seated at both the grill end and the outlet end. Please check if the zip ties are pressing on the connectors, causing them to come apart and preventing power from reaching the control board.

- Check the inline fuse.
Z Grills grills have a small fuse housing on the back of the controller, usually within 6 inches of the plug. Open it and inspect — if the fuse is blown, you’ll see a visibly broken wire inside the glass tube. There is a spare fuse on the back of the Z Grills control board that you can use to replace the blown one. (Fuse size: 120V 4A.)


- Inspect the controller.
Please check if there is any damage or burn marks on the components of the controller. If there are none, please contact the Support Team to replace the controller.
