What’s the Prime Button?

Prime runs the auger continuously to quickly fill the firepot with pellets, ideal for reloading pellets rapidly.

How to Use It

Press and hold the Prime button → The auger runs and feeds extra pellets into the firepot.

Release the button → The grill returns to automatic temperature‑controlled feeding.

Important:

Do not use Prime Feed too often. Too many pellets can overflow the firepot, cause excessive smoke, or make the temperature rise too quickly.

Best Time to Use It: After opening the lid and letting the temperature drop. Run Prime for 1–3 minutes. This helps the grill heat back up faster.
