There are limitations; Z Grills ships online orders within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and P.O. Boxes.

If a customer moves to another country or region, is the promotion still valid?

If you move to another country or region, since our promotion currently only supports transportation within the continental United States, the offer will no longer be applicable. Early redemption

How do I pay the early claim fee?

Considering that you are collecting the grills early, we will send an email informing you of all the details. Please follow the instructions in the email.

If I want to take four grills at once, is the early fee for the fourth grill $300? If I take five at once, is the early fee for the fifth grill $400?

Fee Calculation Rules:

For each grill collected early, you need to pay an early collection fee of $100. If you choose to collect multiple grills at once, the early collection fee will increase as follows: The early collection fee for the second grill is $200. The early collection fee for the third grill is $300. And so on, with an additional $100 for each additional grill.

Collecting 2 free grills immediately (free grills), the total early collection fee is $100 (first grill) + $200 (second grill) = $300.

Collecting 3 free grills immediately (free grills), the total early collection fee is $100 (first grill) + $200 (second grill) + $300 (third grill) = $600.

If I choose to receive two free grills immediately, when can I get the remaining free grills?

If you immediately collect 2 free grills, the remaining 8 free grills will continue to be distributed according to the original plan: starting from the fifteenth year, one grill will be given every five years until all free grills are distributed. Early collection of free grills will not extend the total time needed to receive all free grills, just allowing you to enjoy some of the free grills earlier.
