I first started looking at the only wood pellet grills I had heard about, Traeger. Upon seeing the prices, my jaw dropped, and I realized I could only afford a small grill for $700-$900, which I couldn't believe. One day, while researching wood pellet grills, I found Z Grills. I noticed they were a smaller company at the time that was selling full-size family grills for the same price as the small Traegers. Upon comparison, I came to the conclusion that it was just the brand name I was paying for. I decided to get one of their biggest grills at the time, a 700D. Then at checkout, I noticed there was a rebate they were offering: every year I kept my Z Grill, I was able to get $100 back up to the purchase price, or wait the 7 years and pick out a brand new grill. The grill worked great for the whole 7 years without issues, other than my own error of leaving the hopper door open when it rained, causing the pellets to puff up, and I had to dig them out. Fast forward 7 years, and I received an email to pick out a new grill. I was kind of hesitant that it was real, but as soon as I emailed Z Grills, they told me to pick a grill of a similar price to my last one. It was legit, and they didn’t want a card number or anything, just an address to send the grill. Sure enough, a few days later, a brand new grill arrived at my door, and I love it. Fast forward another 7 years, and I'm able to get another new grill at $0 cost. Z Grills has always been a great company to me, and any issues I've had have been solved quickly. The rebate was literally unbelievable, especially since in 7 years I can get a third grill for the price of just one. I would recommend Z Grills over Traeger any day. At first, when I saw this promotion before buying my grill, I was leery of it. I wasn't even sure what quality of grill I was going to get from a not very well-known company at the time, compared to brands like Traeger or Green Egg, etc. I signed up for the largest rebate I could get, which I believe is 5 years to get almost a full rebate. I was very happy with the quality of the grill I received and still have it, and it is working fine after almost 7 years now. The build is good quality and so far I have not had any issues with it. Just keep it filled with pellets, use it, and occasionally clean it. I have seen other promotions that this company has offered and would say they have some great deals that I have shared with my friends who were looking for a great pellet grill. The company did a great job of staying in contact with me to see if I wanted to upgrade or still receive my rebate check. Since my grill was in great shape and top of the line at the time, I decided there was no reason to upgrade, so I opted for the rebate. They confirmed all the details, and I was sent my check as promised. This company has been very great to deal with, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of setup. I will definitely use them again when the time comes to replace the one I have.

I purchased a Z Grill Smoker approximately 6 years ago. Always wanted a pellet grill. Love the flavor, challenge, and how the smoker cooks and blends the flavors. After looking at other brands and pricing, I googled a search regarding pellet grills and came across Z Grills. I ordered the grill and it came quickly to my residence in 2 boxes. Instructions were easy to understand and easy to assemble. It was a great purchase for the value received. It comes with a custom cover, made of durable metals for the hot Texas summer heat, and I never had an issue with this grill and use it regularly. When I purchased the grill, it listed different rebate amounts vs. amount of years. Meaning, for example, if I owned the grill for 5 years, I would be rebated, for example, $599? I was skeptical that I would ever see a rebate. I never expected to see a rebate, let alone that I had moved 4.5 years ago and didn't know if Z Grills knew I moved. To my astonishment and surprise, I received a check in the mail about 6 months ago. I was super excited, and with the rebate, the grill was basically free!!! They paid me 5 years later for my grill, and I still have the grill! AWESOME experience and durable product in the hot Texas heat.

We have been a part of the Z Grills rebate program since the purchase of our Z Grills smoker in July of 2018. When we purchased, we decided on the 5-year rebate. The smoker we received was awesome! It is well-made, durable, sleek, easy to use, and does the job perfectly. We have used it regularly for the last 6 years to smoke and grill just about every type of meat and vegetable under the sun. I could count on this option and knew that if the smoker was in need of replacing, we could have taken up the offer. However, when we reached the 5-year mark with our smoker, it was still working so well that we decided to take the 5-year rebate rather than replace it. As soon as we responded to the email with our request, address, and contact information, we got a check! Honestly, both my partner and I were shocked that through 5 years of having this product, the company still remembered and honored their commitment to us. I purchased my Z Grill in 2018 during their rebate promotion. It was a big decision to pay $699 for a smoker that I knew nothing about. I knew I couldn't afford a Traeger, so this was the more practical option. I didn't know at the time that the shells were made by the same company. Also, a FULL rebate after 5 years? That sounded too good to be true. After much deliberation, I pulled the trigger. My Z Grill worked like a dream! I am part of a few Z Grill Facebook groups that share tips, recipes, modifications, and troubleshooting. I've never had to contact customer service regarding the Z Grill. Close to the 5-year mark, I received an email asking if I wanted a check or a new Z Grill, and in another 5 years, ANOTHER Z Grill. It's no longer too good to be true but a reality! I first read about Z Grills in 2019 from a Facebook post I came across. The deal seemed too good to be true. I mean, get all your money back in 5 years!? It seemed like a total scam, but I took a chance and purchased my Z Grill. After receiving my grill and putting it together, I wasn't even worried about getting my money back. The quality and sturdiness of the grill were well worth the initial price. I used my grill multiple times a week for 2 years and never had any issues with it. I cooked everything from brisket to wings, burgers to butts, even planked salmon. Then after 2 years of use, Z Grills emailed me with a second incredible offer! Continue in the rebate program and get my money back, or they will send me a grill of my choice from their latest line. This just kept getting crazier and crazier. So of course, I picked the biggest, baddest-looking grill they had available. My new grill was even better than the last and came with a 3-year warranty. How could I go wrong? I eventually sold my first grill to a neighbor and essentially made half my money back while still having a great Z Grill. My name is Brent Hart. I'm from beautiful Traverse City in Northern Michigan. I bought my Z Grills in 2019 right after purchasing my first house. I had never had the room for a smoker prior but being a "foodie" and really enjoying barbecue, I decided to make the investment. I researched all types of smokers, from charcoal to gas and pellet. My smoker still works wonderfully but if there ever is a time when a new purchase is necessary, Z Grills will always be my go to! I'm happy to share my Z Grills rebate story. I stumbled across Z Grills while researching pellet grills online and learned a bit of the young company's story. The rebate offer that potentially resulted in 100% refund of the cost of the grill purchased through them was attractive and I decided to give it a shot and ordered a grill. To be honest, I wasn't convinced I would ever be contacted by the company but was pleasantly surprised to receive an email near the time the offer period was set to expire. The company offered me a choice of honoring the rebate or I could choose any grill I wished from their current line. I want to first start by saying how pleased I am with my Z grill. It replaced a name brand that was a problem from day one. I was very skeptical when I saw the rebate program and thought that there is no way I would ever see my refund but went ahead and ordered it. Just before my 5 years was up I contacted them to inquire about my refund and was told I would be seeing a check in the next few weeks. Still skeptical but lo and behold it showed up and off to the bank I went. Deposited check and was very happy until a few days later and my bank contacted me and said check was returned and I was out my refund. After numerous calls to the company and many days of wondering if I would get a replacement check I received another check and cashed it immediately. All is well and I am happy and a fan of Z Grills.

Is this day and age, if it sounds too good to be true, it's probably a scam. Not, the Z Grills rebate. We ordered a pellet BBQ and waited the 5 years and Z Grills contacted us to see if we wanted to upgrade our grill or get the rebate. We were at 1st hesitant to try a pellet grill other than the famous one, but after use, we are glade we pulled the trigger on a Z Grill.

I'll have to admit I was a little concerned delaying my rebate for five years to increase the amount. Then three years ago you offered the option to receive a completely new and larger smoker for free. I took you up on this offer and gave it to my son and his wife who just bought a new home at the time. What a great gift. They love their smoker and after five years my smoker is performing as well as the day I bought it. Thank you.

I purchased my Z Grills in August 2019 and took a chance with a ”new” company. They had a rebate program stipulating if you kept your grill for period of years you would receive your purchase price back. My program ended last fall and I submitted my paperwork. A few weeks later, my check for the full purchase price was sent. They fulfilled their commitment in the program. My grill has performed flawlessly and I am still using it today. They produce a great product.

I have had my Z Grills for a lot of years and it has performed perfectly every time. Whether I’m smoking ribs or cooking chicken they come out perfect. I never use the oven in the kitchen anymore just use the same settings from the recipe in the pellet grill and get the same results without heating up the kitchen. My grill is working great so I chose the rebate check. Sure enough, a few weeks later I received my check in the mail. My grill is still running strong and I get so many compliments when my neighbors walk by when I’m smoking meats. I bought a pellet Z Grills 5 years ago for my husband's birthday. Little did I know much about grills well turns out I use this grill just as much as he does. We love it!
