You may upgrade to any pellet grill models offered on ZGrills.com at the time of your upgrade.
Q3. What fees are involved at the time of upgrade?

Upgrade price difference: You pay the difference between the new grill’s retail price and your original grill’s purchase price. Your upgrade credit is based only on the original product price (shipping fees are not included).
Shipping: Shipping fees apply to the new grill, or you may choose free pickup at our warehouse (if available).
Same or lower-priced model: If you choose a grill of equal or lower value, you only need to cover shipping. No cash refund is provided for any price difference.
Example: If you paid $777 for the grill and $100 for shipping, your upgrade credit will be $777. Shipping costs are not included in the credit. If your new grill costs $1,000, you’ll pay $223 (the difference between $1,000 and $777), plus shipping.

This promotion is a dedicated care and product upgrade support plan provided by Z Grills. It applies only to designated product models and is exclusively available on the official Z Grills website (zgrills.com). 2 5-Year Limited Warranty
Both the initial purchase grill and all upgrade pellet grills under this promotion are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty applies only to non-accidental damage and covers the following components: main grill body, grill lids, fan, cabinet, casters, power cord, meat probes, grates and warming racks, chimney stack, and hopper lid.
3 Upgrade Rules
Eligibility: Customers are eligible for up to three (3) upgrade opportunities at the 5th, 10th, and 15th year after the original purchase date.
Credit & Fees: Your upgrade credit is based on the original price of the grill only. Initial shipping fees are not included in the credit.
Upgrade to a higher-priced model: Pay the price difference plus shipping.
Same model or downgrade: Pay shipping only.
