Shipping policy

 

Z Grills offers fast shipping and ships online orders within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and P.O. Boxes. 

Order delivery in 3-8 business days from the time your order have been processed. Orders containing multiple products will be divided into separate shipments. Orders will take up to 3 business days to process, and may not ship until the following business day. The ETA is affected by weather conditions and holidays.

Please note that if your grill has shipped out and there is an error on your address (made by you) or you just need to ship your package to another place we will have to charge you a $25 recall fee.
