  • 6-8 fresh jalapeños
  • 4-6 oz cream cheese
  • 2-4 tbsp Melinda's Berry Berry jalapeño jam
  • 6-8 slices bacon  
  • 1-2 tbsp Blazing Stars pork rub  
  • 1-2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • Zesty ranch

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prep jalapeños  

Halve jalapeños lengthwise. Remove seeds.  

Step 2: Fill

Fill each half with cream cheese. Top with berry jam.  

Step 3: Wrap

Wrap each with bacon half.

Step 4:Season  

Sprinkle pork rub over.

Step 5:Smoke and Serve

Set Z Grills to 300°F. Smoke 20min until bacon crisp. Brush barbecue sauce on. Serve with zesty ranch.
