Redeem your first refresh when your 5-year window opens. A simple $100 processing fee unlocks a $700+ brand new grill, not parts, not repairs - a current, equivalent-level model.
Step 3: Second Refresh Option in Year 10
Redeem again in Year 10. Follow the same simple process for another new model.
$100 processing fee per grill: Covers verification, account management, and replacement preparation.
Shipping Per Grill: Customers pay actual shipping at time of request. Self-pickup is $0 at designated locations (where available).

Q 1. When can I refresh my grill?

The Refresh™ Program includes up to two Refresh™ options, each with a defined application window:
First Refresh™: Eligible owners may apply during the 180-day window after the 5-year anniversary of the original purchase date.
Second Refresh™: A second Refresh™ opportunity is available during the 180-day window after the 10-year anniversary of the original purchase date.
Applications must be submitted within the applicable window and are subject to eligibility review and program terms.
Q 2. Is the Refresh™ Program an extended warranty or an investment?

No. The Refresh™ Program is a member benefit, not an extended warranty, insurance product, or investment.
Q3. What grill will I receive when I refresh?
A
When approved, Refresh™ provides a same-tier grill from Z Grills’ current lineup.
If the original model is no longer available, Z Grills may offer a comparable model of equivalent level and performance.
Q4. What fees are involved at the time of refresh?
A
Each Refresh™ requires a $100 processing fee per grill.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs, or may choose free pickup from a designated warehouse.
Based on current market rates, shipping typically ranges from $110–$200, depending on location and carrier pricing at the time of application.
Q5. Do I need to send my old grill back?
A
No. You may keep or dispose of your original grill at your discretion.
