INGREDIENTS

Cheese Base  

  • 8 oz block cream cheese  
  • Sharp cheddar
  • Monterey Jack    
  • Smoked gouda  

Pasta & Sauce

  • Elbow noodles
  • Unsalted butter
  • Evaporated milk
  • Barbecue chipotle pepper sauce
  • Ground mustard
  • All-purpose SPG seasoning

Topping

  • Chopped leftover brisket

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Pre

Boil elbow noodles. Drain. Set to 200°F. Smoke cream cheese block.

Step 2: Mix base

Remove cream cheese. Mix butter and smoked cream cheese smooth. Add cheddar, Monterey Jack, gouda. Stir.

Step 3: Add sauce

Add evaporated milk, chipotle sauce, mustard, SPG seasoning. Stir.  

Step 4:Assemble

Mix in noodles. Pour into foil pan. Top with cheeses.

Step 5:Smoke & Broil  

Smoke at 250°F for 30 minutes until bubbly. Broil at 500°F for 5 minutes for golden crust.

Step 6:Finish  

Top with chopped brisket. Serve hot.
