Brine

  • Chicken Injection
  • Cane Brew Sweet Tea

Seasoning

  • 2 whole bone-in turkey breasts
  • Garlic Butter Rub
  • Beer

Glaze

  • Maple Honey Habanero Glaze

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Brine the turkey

Inject turkey breasts with Heath Riles chicken injection. Top off with sweet tea. Brine overnight in fridge.  

Step 2: Prep the grill

Preheat to 275°F. Set up turkey stands with beer cans.  

Step 3: Season

Remove turkey from brine. Pat dry. Spray with beer. Apply Cajun Krill garlic butter rub generously on all sides.  

Step 4:Smoke

Place turkey breasts upright on beer can stands. Smoke at 275°F until internal temperature hits 160°F in thickest part.

Step 5:Glaze and finish

Brush on maple honey habanero glaze. Let set 10 minutes. Remove from grill. Rest briefly, slice, and serve hot with extra glaze if desired.
