Salmon
- 2 Salmon fillets
Seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp Spicey's Cajun rub
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
Glaze
- 2-3 tbsp Melinda's hot honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Serving
- 1 cups Rice
- 1-2 sprigs Spring of dill
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prep salmon
Pat salmon down with Cajun rub and brown sugar.
Step 2: Smoke
Preheat Z Grills to 300°F. Smoke salmon 45 minutes.
Step 3: Make glaze
Mix hot honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice.
Step 4:Glaze and finish
Apply glaze. Cook 20 more minutes.
Step 5:Serve
Remove salmon. Serve with rice and dill garnish.
