- 1 yellow squash
- 1 onion
- 1 honey crisp apple
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 Anaheim pepper
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2-3 tbsp Stew's barbecue sweet and smoky rub
- 2-3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 can beans
- 1-2 cups beef stock
- 2-3 tbsp How to barbecue right chili seasoning
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Sauté base
Dice squash, onion, apple, bell pepper, Anaheim pepper. Mince garlic.Sauté until fragrant.
Step 2: Brown beef
Add ground beef. Season with smoky rub.
Step 3: Add
Stir in squash and apple、tomato paste、pumpkin puree、tomatoes、beans.
Step 4:Season
Pour in beef stock.Stir in chili seasoning, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Step 5:Smoke
Set Z Grills to 250°F.Smoke uncovered 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
Step 6:Serve
Serve hot.
