Cast Iron Griddle.

Bought cast iron griddle for my 700 series . It's a very good heavy iron cast griddle . Very sturdy and fits perfectly on the grill. Easy to clean with no sharp edges. I would recommend it.

Great Tool for Grilling Steaks and Burgers.

The grill plate works far better than I expected. … A great feature is that the plate has a raised rim on both sides to catch the fat. This works and keeps the inside of the grill from getting a mess of grease and ash in it.

Great smoker

I've used it once but smoked a pork butter and then some grilled broccoli and green beans. Next day a breakfast casserole and all of it was great!! I can see this will make my smoking much simpler and have a consistent outcome.

I have now smoked a Ribeye, reverse-seared it, and cooked Salmon and Fillet Mignon, and reverse-seared it with Shrimp. I have never had this kind of delicious cooked food on a standard propane grill.

Simply Amazed!

Have to admit I was a bit skeptical that a deal this good on a pellet grill would give me the quality of a higher priced brand. Let me tell you! So far I've smoked pork, St. Louis style ribs, Dino ribs and a 10lb brisket. Not only did everything smoke perfectly, the temperature on the grill remained steady and consistent. Meat probes worked perfectly and the pellet usage was much less than I expected! If you're on the fence about buying a Z Grill, get off of it and go get you one!
