Excellent grill and superior customer service

I rarely write reviews, but the customer service team at Z Grills earned every bit of this 5-star rating. When my grill arrived, I was disappointed to find that it had suffered some shipping damage during delivery. I immediately reached out to Z Grills support, expecting a long, drawn-out process, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Their support team responded quickly, handled the situation with complete professionalism, and made things right right away without any hassle or runaround. They s…

Switched from Masterbuilt

I moved to a 3 story townhome and have a balcony so I needed to switch my Masterbuilt out. I've loved my Masterbuilt 800 and I really hated having to give it up, but it couldn't fit on my new balcony. I now own the Z Grill 10502B. This is my first pellet grill and so far I'm loving it. I was concerned about pellets heating, ash, cook time and maintenance. So far the clean up has been very simple. I'm not sure about the pellet consumption yet, I'm still figuring that out. But everything I've coo…

Only used it twice but so far, it has been great!

It seems to hold temp much better than my prior pellet grill. It also came to temp more rapidly. Temp probes worked great. I'm eagerly anticipating getting a cover for it. (Currently out of stock on zgrills.com) I happy I ordered it!

So far the smoker has been oustanding. The wifi controls are so convenient. Only downside is the grill was supposed to come with a cover and i never received it. I attempted to buy one but all the covers are sold out.

Smokin’!!!

I just got my grill, set it up and got some pork baby back ribs done and in the books! My kids have been dying for me to smoke something because my last smoker just wasn’t cutting it anymore! Setup was quite easy but this thing is heavy so be prepared. Aside from that, I don’t use the WiFi feature yet and haven’t used the included probes, which I’m sure will make things easier going forward or when you have a longer cooks, but for ribs I have a process and it works great! I used some hickory pe…
