I have had it for over three years. I haven’t had an issue that I didn’t directly cause myself. … I updated the dial controller it came with to the new WiFi controller. I highly recommend the controller upgrade. Holds temps consistently.

If you were on the fence about this controller, definitely upgrade. This controller adds the ability to go down to 160 degrees for better cold smoking. The four temp probe inputs are also a nice upgrade. … Lastly the wifi connectivity is quite nice. I can monitor my smokes from anywhere now. I work one mile from my house, so the ability to set alarms when a certain temp is reached allows me to pop back home and wrap or pull the meat.
