greese bucket

I just love it. The bucket is bigger than original one holds a lot more so when I am smoking for 15hrs it will not run over and it looks nice and shinny!

Temp issues

Overall I like my grill. Easy to use and easy to clean. Only problems I see are issues with temp. I find that due to the location of the thermostat the temp in the cooking area is about 25 degrees cooler than what is displayed. I just adjust my cooking temp to be one step higher than desired and all is good

Better with larger bucket

The small bucket that came with my grill overflowed and got all over. I hope this one is better.

First smoker

Assembly was easy enough. Great instructions on first burn. Easy to use and cooks great. My only issue was the capacity of the hopper for my first brisket smoke. I made a makeshift box to increase the capacity so I could let it cook while I was at work. Overall I love my ZGrill and I am hooked on the smoke.
