First time using the grill was great!! Gonna take some trial and error but learning is the best part.

Love my Z Grill and cover is awesome. Original cover lasted 5 years out in the Florida sun and rain. Hope this one lasts as long.

Pleased so far

I have used my grill several times now, cooking Brats, Salmon, pork chops, and some ribs. All turned out really good and heat stayed pretty steady at the temp I set it at. Would recommend Z Grills!

First Pellet Grill

My family and I love it so far. We will smoke for a few hours and then turn the heat up to make sure the internal temp hits its mark. … We have found it be well worth the cost and appreciate that the pellets last longer than anticipated.

Great Purchase

I've smoked chicken, pork, and salmon so far. Easy setup, easy clean up for the most part, and easy to use. This was my first one so I have nothing else to compare it to, so great for beginners. I love my investment!

My first wood pellet grill

Since this is my first pellet grill, I found it really simple with the pellets. No more waiting for coals to get to temperature before grilling. With the Zgrill, set and you're good.

First Fire

Unfortunately my first fire was just burgers...and in cold weather, however, the zgrill worked great.

Doesn’t fit a 550 C very well

Cover is heavy duty and waterproof but I asked if it fit a 550c and was told it did. The part of the cover that fits over the stack is too short so it sits cockeyed and looks goofy but it will still keep my grill dry. Good cover for the models it fits

New Grill Cover Fits - Kinda

I have the original 550C and the original grill cover that came with it held up for less than 24 months. Since the z Grill website didn't have the specific cover, customer service said the 450 - 550 cover would fit. It does... and it doesn't. The cover is extremely tight on the smoker, causing indentations in the cover that catch water when it rains. The cover creates a pocket over the pellet cover. Additionally, the smoke flue portion is too short for the 550C flue and causes the entire cover …

Replacement grill cover

This cover fits perfectly...maybe even better than the original one that I got with the grill. It seems more sturdy and rain repellent as well. Win-Win.

Cover

The ordering was easy and the cover arrived quickly. I didn’t give the cover all 5 stars because this cover is designed to fit several grills. Mine being one of the smallest Z Grills offered, it’s a little baggy. It gets 4 stars though because it’s fairly easy to put on and that cover looks way better than my 3 year old grill that had never seen a cover. It also does a great job protecting my grill. Good purchase for me and I’ll be ordering more items from Z Grills. The service and customer ser…
