Biography
Binge grew up in Santa Maria, CA and evolved a love for California style bbq, mainly Tri Tip. Growing up his grandparents would always do Sunday dinners at there house and they would have a Santa Maria style bbq spread that consisted of Tri Tip, grilled bread, fresh salsa and a side of beans. It wasn't until he moved to Ogden, UT that he realized how much he missed that style of cooking. About 6 years ago he decided to make bbq a full time hobby and try to hone in his skills by constantly learning and trying all styles of bbq. Binge’s main goal that he is striving for is to do competitive bbq and take his game to the next level with his Zgrills.
STORY
Binge decided to go with zgrills after doing a lot of research on pellets grills. About a year ago he got my first zgrill, the 1000E. He selected this model because of all of the features and functions that it has. Not only did it exceed his expectations, the price was hard to beat! He has since added to his zgrill collection with the 450b and hope to add more here in the future as he continues his journey in the bbq world!
