Biography

Joe “Joey” Lampe is the founder and Chief Beef Officer of Red Meat Lover Media, which is your home for "Cooking Meat, Made Easy." The company is dedicated to creating and sharing quality content that is educational, entertaining, and inspirational.

Joey leads a creative team which documents his MEATY food adventures in the kitchen and around the grill where he explores methods to “Turn Up The Tasty!” His from-scratch, original media assets have generated over 7,000,000 YouTube views and website traffic exceeding 50,000 views / month!

Joey is also the Executive Producer and Host of the Meat America Show. This new, original program showcases restaurants across America and the experts behind their meaty menus, to educate and entertain hungry viewers!

STORY

I really enjoy using my zgrill to smoke incredible tasting food for my friends and family. This grill has a great aesthetic design and looks great in my outdoor kitchen. The two shelves provide a lot of spare room for holding utensils, trays of food and my beer while I cook.

The grill was designed with a very large hopper, which holds a lot of pellets resulting in longer cooks without the fear of running out of pellets on longer cooks. It has a spacious interior with 3 tiers of grates to hold a massive amount of food for those large get-togethers with friends and family.

A couple of features I really like are the low setting of 180F (my other smokers are at 200f) which allows more smoke on those slow and low cooks. And let’s face it, nobody likes cleaning up after a cook. My Zgrill makes it super easy with a removable ashtray….no more scraping the ash from the interior of my smoker! Simply put, I look forward to using my Zgrill for years to come!
