I want to first start by saying how pleased I am with my Z grill. It replaced a name brand that was a problem from day one. I was very skeptical when I saw the rebate program and thought that there is no way I would ever see my refund but went ahead and ordered it. Just before my 5 years was up I contacted them to inquire about my refund and was told I would be seeing a check in the next few weeks. Still skeptical but lo and behold it showed up and off to the bank I went. Deposited check and was very happy until a few days later and my bank contacted me and said check was returned and I was out my refund. After numerous calls to the company and many days of wondering if I would get a replacement check I received another check and cashed it immediately. All is well and I am happy and a fan of Z Grills.
