Very good overall. When it was delivered, there was a small dent from where the smoke box was inside the barrel. I think during transit it shifted inside and created the dent. I’m not too worried as it is still in great working condition and on the back side. I have smoked a couple of items so far and am really enjoying it! Holds temps very well! (I am going to test the probes as I think they are off a few degrees, but overall great shape)

First fire

I smoked a rack of baby-back ribs. I did the 3-2-1 method but should have done the 2-2-1 method. They came out a little dry but they were better than ribs cooked on my Masterbilt upright gas smoker. I'll know better on the next rack. The temp held constant & the smoke come on & off really good. Overall, I was impressed. Can't wait until I can do a pork butt which will be really soon.

Just getting to know the specifics of my new grill. The quality is very good, the manual operation is spot on. The wifi/Bluetooth setup seems a little complicated and have not yet spent the time required to do setup but hey it does a great job in manual mode. Smoked some awesome ribs and brisket. Looking forward to trying more smoking options.

After a good burn in. I smoked a chicken. Throughout the cook, the smoker maintained temp and provided good smoke. Chicken had great color and was very tender.
