Love it!

First pellet smoker and I couldn't be any happier! I had issues and I sent a message day before Father's Day. They answered me! I figured it out before their response but, they sent me another message on Father's Day and that speaks volumes to me. What great customer service! Even though I figured it out, they were there to help. Customer service is top notch! My first cook was amazing!!!
