“It was a pleasure to put together something so well built. Very imoressed with the quality of materials, constuction and instructions. Once together I followed how to do initial burn and tried a tri tip fir first cook. My grill worked perfectly, held a steady temperature and we had a great meal. Subsequent cooks have also went smoothly as far as equipment but my planning skills still need some more experience. I have underestimated time to cook several times but l chuck roast was perfect.
