Biography
My name is Nick Dompierre. I'm originally from New Bedford, MA but currently living in Bradenton, FL. Growing up it was my dream to become a professional skateboarding. I practiced every single day and my dream came true. I traveled the world competing in many competitions like the x-games, dew tour, street league, and more. In 2011, I had an accident and I broke 2 vertebrae's. I wasn't sure if I'd ever skate again. During the rehabilitation process I developed the passion for resistance training. While at physical therapy, I was challenged weekly to rebuild the strength in my neck and thoracic area. After all the theraphy I got a gym membership and started working out. This opened up my horizon to health and nutrition as well. I studied to get my ISSA Certification and CrossFit L1. I became Co-Owner at CrossFit Bradenton and I coach classes. I also compete in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. It's been such a fun journey and transition. All the training I do works up a serious appetite. I created a youtube channel to document all my training as well as all the delicious foods I cook and eat. Life is pretty damn good!
STORY
My experience with Z Grills is a 10/10! I have the Backyard Warrior 7002c2e model. I received the grill in a box shipped to my door. I assembled it with their easy-to-follow instructions. Cooking with the grill was really awesome. It's amazing how the heat evenly distributes so well. I love how it has the option for high heat grilling or slow smoking. I really wish I discovered Z Grills sooner. It has made cooking so simple and easy with practically no clean up required. The pellet are easy to load. The digital temperate controller is on point and it also comes with a temperature probe to check the internal temperature of the meat. Z Grills definitely gets two thumbs up!
