INGREDIENTS

Ribs Preparation

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • Yellow mustard

Seasoning

  • BBQ rub

Glaze

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prep ribs

Remove membrane. Apply mustard coat. Rub generously with BBQ seasoning.

Step 2: Smoke ribs

Preheat grill to 225°F. Smoke ribs 2 hours.

Step 3: Wrap ribs

Wrap in foil with butter pat. Smoke 1.5 hours more.

Step 4: Make glaze

Mix BBQ sauce, honey, bourbon, hot sauce.

Step 5: Glaze and finish

Unwrap ribs. Brush glaze. Smoke 30 minutes until sticky.

Step 6: Rest and serve

Rest 10 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
